How to book
- 1 - Take the photo
a. 1 photo on mug. 1: Landscape position
b. 2 photos on the mug: 1 portrait position and 1 landscape
c. 3 Photos on the mug: 3 portrait position
- 2 - Place the order
Fill out the form with your name and email, accept the terms and sign up for "I want my mug."
- 3 - E-mail
Open the email from info@aveirotour.com
a. Reserve the mug under the conditions offered.
b. Reply to the email you received , write the name and chosen collection point and attach the desired photo(s) to the mug.
- 4 - Raise the mug
Pick up your mug at your chosen delivery point. We deliver several times a day. Pick-up times are listed in the FAQs.
Find your mug on the display and take it out. The receipt we sent to your email will serve as proof, if requested.

1 - Take the photo(s)
2- Make the payment
3 - Send an email to info@aveirotour.pt with the chosen photo(s).
4- Lift the mug in the chosen location.
One week, for logistical reasons we had to set a limit. You can pay and place the order within 7 days, just follow the instructions on "how to participate"
Orders from Monday to Friday
Orders before 12pm, mugs will be available from 4pm.
Orders after 12pm and before 6pm, mugs are available from 8pm.
Orders after 6pm, mugs are available the next day from 2pm
Orders on Saturday
Orders before 12pm, mugs will be available from 6pm.
For orders after 12pm, mugs will be available from 6pm.
Orders on Sunday
Available on Monday from 2pm
The availability of collections is subject to the opening hours of the delivery points.
