A nswer the email from info@aveirotour.com or send a new one with the name and chosen pick up point don't forget to attach the desired photo(s) to put on your souvenir.

Pick up your souvenir at your chosen delivery point.
We deliver several times a day.

Find your mug on the display and take it out.
The receipt you recieved on your email will serve as proof, if requested.

You just have to follow the steps.
1 - Take the photo(s)
2- Make the payment
3 - Send an email to info@aveirotour.pt with the chosen photo(s).
4- Lift the mug in the chosen location.
One week, for logistical reasons we had to set a limit. You can pay and place the order within 7 days, just follow the instructions on "how to participate"
Orders from Monday to Friday
Orders before 12pm, mugs will be available from 4pm.
Orders after 12pm and before 6pm, mugs are available from 8pm.
Orders after 6pm, mugs are available the next day from 2pm
Orders on Saturday
Orders before 12pm, mugs will be available from 6pm.
For orders after 12pm, mugs will be available from 6pm.
Orders on Sunday
Available on Monday from 2pm
The availability of collections is subject to the opening hours of the delivery points.

Tudo faremos para cumprir o prometido dentro horário prometido, mas se surgir algum contratempo, não conseguirmos entregar e não puder levantar mais tarde, nem quiser o envio para sua casa, devolvemos o seu dinheiro, obviamente.
